Day 1 | Arrive Leh

Welcome to Leh! On your arrival at the Leh Airport, you will meet and be transferred by our local representative to your hotel. Later in the evening, explore the beautiful place on your own. Simply take a walk and admire nature or explore the nearby local market for local products.

Day 2 | Leh – Sangam – Hall of Fame - Leh

​

After breakfast, get ready for a full day excursion to the famous Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hills and Sangam View where you can witness the meeting of Indus & Zanskar river. End your beautiful day by paying a visit to the peace structure built on hill – Shanti Stupa. One of the best way to start your trip.

 

Hall of Fame: A wonderful museum built by the Indian Army. You can observe the famous personalities, images and the weapons being used during Kargil war. It is highly recommended to visit the Hall of Fame especially if you’re a first time visitor.

 

Magnetic Hills: The layout of the area and surrounding slopes create the appearance of a hill. Indeed, a must visit mesmerizing place - A major tourist attraction in the valley and a perfect stop for all.

 

Shanti Stupa: This place gives you a bird eye view of the Leh, especially during the sunset it gives a very scenic views of the indus valley. A lovely monument decorated with colorful paintings and cherishes large statues of Buddha.

Day 3 | Leh – Nubra Valley

​

After breakfast, drive down to Nubra Valley via Khardung la pass the highest motorable road in the world (18,380 feet). Enroute Shyok River and reach Hundur village in Nubra valley by late afternoon. Ensure you experience Double Hump Camel safari in the evening to explore the beauty of the valley.

Day 4 | Nubra Valley - Leh

​

After breakfast, get ready to visit the oldest and largest Buddhist monastery in the Nubra Valley of Ladakh i.e. Diskit Monastery. The monastery has statue of Cho Rinpoche (Crowned Buddha), a huge drum and several images of fierce guardian deities. Later, drive back to Leh. Evening at your leisure.

Day 5 | Leh – Pangong Lake

​

After breakfast, visit one of the main excursion that Leh is known for the beautiful Pangong Lake. On the way, you’ll cross Chang La Pass, the world’s third highest motorable road in the world. Spend time at the banks of Pangong Lake. This lake is 5/6 kms wide and over 144 kms long and is shared by two countries (25% India and 75% China). Do click lots of pictures and have a great time at the Pangong Lake.

Day 6 | Pangong Lake - Leh

​

After breakfast, get ready for a drive to Leh, enroute visit the famous Shey Palace & Monastery, Thiksey Monastery & Druk White Lotus School (3 Idiots school)

​

Shey Palace & Monastery: Its the palace of the erstwhile King of Leh that is based on a hill. It has a 75-meter-high, copper statue of a sitting Buddha, wrought in gold. It is the largest of its kind in the world.

 

Thiksey Monastery: It is one of the major and most remarkable Gompas of Ladakh. It provides a panoramic view of the green Indus Valley from atop a hill. It has chambers full of statues, stupas and colorful Tankhas.

 

Druk White Lotus School (3 Idiots school): An opportunity to explore the school where the famous bollywood movie 3 Idiots was shot.

Day 7 | Depart Leh 

​

Enjoy the breakfast at your hotel, it’s time to big good-bye to the beautiful Leh. Our airport representative will drop you at the airport for your flight back home with wonderful memories.
