Day 1 | Arrive Sri Lanka, Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage
​
Upon arrival in Sri Lanka, you will meet and be transferred by our local representative to your hotel in Kandy. (approx 3 hours journey from the airport)
On the way to Kandy, visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage – set amongst the verdant hills of Kegalle is a unique orphanage, the world's first and only elephant orphanage established to feed, nurse and house young elephants lost or abandoned by their mothers. Continue to Kandy.

Day 2 | Temple of Tooth Relic, Royal Botanical Garden
​
You’ll start your day with a nice breakfast at your hotel; get ready for a city tour of Kandy including a visit to the Temple of the Tooth Relic, Market Square and Upper Lake Drive. On the way, visit Royal Botanical Gardens at Peradeniya (109 km from Colombo) near Kandy is located in a beautiful setting with the longest river of Sri Lanka, Mahaveli bordering on one side. Post that proceed, we’ll take you to Nuwara Eliya. (3 hrs journey)
Evening, visit the famous Gregory lake.

Day 3 | Little Adam’s Peak, Ravana Falls
​
After breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to Yala. (Approximately 4 hours journey) On the way, visit Little Adam’s Peak, Ella’s best known tourist attraction. The walk is enjoyable and clearly marked as you meander through tea plantations and take in breathtaking views of Ella Rock, Ravana Falls and the endless valley below. On the way, stop near the Ravana Falls, a popular sightseeing attraction which currently ranks as one of the widest falls in the country.

Day 4 | Yala National Park, Galle City Tour
​
After the breakfast at the hotel. Depart to the Safari in Yala National Park.
Yala has the world's highest concentration of Leopards, Asian Elephants, crocodile, Wild Boar, Water Buffalo and Grey langurs amongst other large animals. The open parkland attracts birds of prey such as White-bellied Sea Eagle and the wetlands have waders, Painted Storks, and the rare Black-necked Stork.
Evening proceed to Bentota. (Approximately 4 hrs journey) On the way, enjoy a city tour at Galle. The City of Galle is one of the best-preserved colonial-era cities in Southeast Asia, and has been declared a World Heritage City. Galle was a major port in Sri Lanka and still handles shipping and cruising yachts.
Optional Tour: The Dutch Museum, Groote Kerk (Great Church) and the National Maritime Museum are some of the famous tourist attractions in Galle. The city is also famous for its delicate handmade lace and ebony carvings. The Galle International Cricket Stadium has also contributed to enhance the image of the city as a sports destination.

Day 5 | Turtle Hatchery, Madu River Safari
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the famous Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery. The Turtle Care Centre at Kosgoda beach is one of 18 turtle hatcheries along the southern coast of Sri Lanka.
After we leave for Balapitiya and proceed by boats on the Madu-Ganga river. Here you could see the villagers taking part in their day to day activities, the river, it's islands. In this beautiful trip you will be able to see riverside, tropical birds, crocodiles, black monkeys, Cormoranes, Pelicans, Large Iguanas and water monitors. The fisherman, the peculiar boats and net fishing of jumbo prawns. Evening proceed to Colombo. Approximately 2 hrs journey from Bentota to Colombo.

Day 6 | City Tour of Colombo
​
Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel and explore Colombo with your city tour enrouting the Colombo National and Dutch period museums, old and new parliament houses, Gangaramayana Buddhist Temple, Town Hall, Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall and many more. Evening is free for shopping.

Day 7 | Depart Sri Lanka

After the city tour, our local representative will drop you to the airport for your flight back home with wonderful memories.
